Ordering lives in the AirDropt app because the aircraft needs more than an address — it needs coordinates, altitude, obstacles overhead, and a clear line down to you. The app captures all of it, then asks you to confirm the drop with a photo of your surroundings.

A driver shops your order
Same model you already know: a nearby driver accepts the job, buys your items at a real local store, and messages you about substitutions. The difference is what happens in the parking lot instead of on the road.
The rack launches it
The driver loads the payload bay and closes the pad. The aircraft runs its own preflight — weight, wind, battery, airspace — and auto-launches from the roof rack. Nobody flies it by hand; the route is planned and monitored.

The winch brings it down
The aircraft holds a safe altitude and lowers your package on a tether. The claw releases at your feet, retracts, and the drone flies home to the driver. You never stand up, and nothing ever lands next to you.
